Compact handling with many advantages
The sharpening rods are stored in the side of the MAX casing and can be pulled out as needed. To sharpen a knife, insert the rods into the slots on top of the knife sharpener, selecting the angle you need. Position either the diamond-coated side or the ceramic side of the rods towards the inside, depending on whether you are honing or polishing.
